Editing a Philippines eTravel record
The eTravel FAQ says some information can be changed through the Edit Registration function as long as the record has not been processed and verified by the relevant border or health authorities. The available fields and timing should be confirmed in the live interface.
When a flight, accommodation detail or personal entry changes, open the existing record rather than creating conflicting records unless the system directs you otherwise. Review the final summary after making a correction.
Save the revised QR code and keep the reference number. A correction does not remove separate visa, airline or admission requirements.
Correction checklist
- Reference number and date of birth
- New passport or itinerary information
- Full review of all fields
- Updated submission confirmation
- New QR screenshot or print
- Separate travel documents
Current-rules reminder: Visa categories, required information, fees, processing guidance and entry conditions can change. Check the live travel service and your airline or border instructions before departure.
Editing cautions
- Some fields may no longer be editable after verification.
- Do not keep presenting an outdated QR image.
- Do not create confusion with multiple records.
- Contact the live system support channel if the edit function is unavailable.
