VistoRoute is an independent visa assistance platform. We help travellers prepare, review, and submit visa applications. We are not a government agency, and we do not guarantee visa approval — final decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. Submitting false or misleading information may result in visa rejection, legal consequences, and termination of your use of our services. You are responsible for ensuring your passport and travel documents remain valid throughout the application process.
Our service fees are separate from government and embassy fees, both of which are clearly displayed before checkout. Fees are payable in your selected currency at the time of application. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed applications will not be affected by future price changes.
Where an on-time guarantee is offered for a destination, and your visa is not ready by the promised date due to a delay on our part, we will refund our service fee. This guarantee does not cover delays caused by the embassy, incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. See our Refund Policy for full details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VistoRoute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from visa delays, rejections, or changes in immigration policy by any government authority.
All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VistoRoute or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VistoRoute is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
