From account registration to approval letter
The official Zambia workflow begins with user-account registration and selecting the visa service inside My Workplace.
Applicants complete Form 16, review requirements, upload documents, confirm the application PDF, pay online, download the receipt, finish the case, track status and access the approval or rejection letter.
The online sequence
- Register and log in to the eServices account
- Select the visa service and complete Form 16
- Scan and upload the required documents
- Review, confirm, pay online, save the receipt and track the case
At the end of the process
- Approved applicants should download or print the approval letter.
- The Department says eVisa holders should carry approval and receipt when traveling.
- Approval is a travel document step, not a guarantee that border conditions are met.
