A family application can be incredibly useful when multiple people are travelling together on the same flight itinerary, but it does not remove the need to enter each passport detail correctly. You must check names, dates of birth, passport numbers, and passport expiry dates one person at a time.
Group Applications: Ten to 300 Travellers
For larger commercial or corporate travel groups organizing an azerbaijan group visa application, build a simple document-control sheet before starting. Record each person’s full passport name, nationality, passport number, and expiry date, then carefully compare it against the uploaded MRZ scan during the application process.
Each traveller’s passport route needs to be evaluated individually. A family or group form does not automatically make an ineligible passport eligible. One incorrect entry or unsupported nationality can delay or complicate the entire group’s travel planning.
