Indian passport holders should check whether the planned activity is tourism, business, transit, study or another route. Do not rely on a previous travel experience or a visa issued for a different purpose; the current passport and trip details control the application.

What Can Cause a Delay

Applications can need more time when a passport scan is unclear, the photograph is not suitable, the requested purpose is vague, the ticket falls outside the requested stay, or the invitation and form describe different activities. Use the same spelling throughout the application and check all dates before submitting.
