Which case are you?

What to do

Compare your submission against the passport and the requirements. Fix photos and typos, confirm gate and dates, then reapply if needed. Prices are in fees - government fee is not refunded.

Frequently asked questions

I misspelled my name. What now?
Check your status first. If still processing, contact support immediately. If already decided or the error is on an approved eVisa, you will usually need to submit a new application with a new government fee.
Wrong entry gate selected. Can I change it?
No. You can enter only through the gate on your eVisa. If your route changed, submit a new application with the correct gate before travelling.
Wrong dates on my eVisa. Is it usable?
No. The dates on the approved eVisa control your travel. Reapply with correct dates.
Should I submit a second application right away?
No. Confirm the first is no longer active first - each application carries its own government fee, which is not refunded after refusal.
How do I avoid corrections?
Copy every field from the passport data page, use a clear scan and compliant photo, and review against the requirements guide before paying.
Where do I check my result?
See how to check your Vietnam eVisa status. Keep your registration code.
