Thailand Privilege is a membership-based long-stay product operated by Thailand Privilege Card, not a standard tourist, retirement, work or ordinary non-immigrant visa. This guide explains what the membership provides at a high level, how current packages are presented, and what applicants should verify before paying.
Membership benefits are package-specific
Product distinction. Thailand Privilege is a membership programme with a linked long-stay visa benefit. It should not be described as an ordinary visa that any applicant can obtain by meeting a standard immigration checklist.
What the current package page shows
The programme’s current membership page presents packages with different fees, validity periods and privilege points. Because these are commercial programme terms, the figures and benefits must be checked again before payment.

What membership does not mean
Membership does not make VistoRoute or the applicant the visa decision-maker. The programme operator handles membership and its related process, while immigration admission and permission remain subject to the applicable Thai rules.
Privilege should also not be presented as a substitute for every specialist route. A person who wants to work, study, run a regulated business or meet a specific immigration purpose may need another permission in addition to, or instead of, the membership product.
Ask what is included in writing
Before payment, compare the exact package name, fee, validity, points, family treatment, renewal or transfer terms, background-check process, visa issuance steps, reporting obligations and refund conditions. Do not rely on an old package comparison or a salesperson’s verbal promise.
Choose by the problem you are solving
Employment
Use the work or specialist route that matches the actual job; membership alone should not be treated as universal work authorisation.
Retirement
Compare ordinary retirement routes and LTR Wealthy Pensioner before assuming a membership product is the only option.
Family
Check the current package’s family and dependant treatment separately; it is not necessarily the same as a normal dependant visa.
